The house was beautiful, even better than the photos, and the pool was gorgeous, with a very nice furnished deck. It was easy to get to and a short drive to either East Hampton proper or Sag Harbor. We rented the 2 upstairs bedrooms that shared a bathroom for the 4 of us. The kitchen was stocked and completely modern and the gas grill was an extra bonus. Patrick was a great host, answering questions, helping with directions, sharing a glass of champagne with us, and recommending hot spots. He and his friend although sharing the house, were often out and about and left us to our own devices. I'd definitely recommend it!

Patrick's house is beautiful and he is a great host. There is you need him but doesn't cramp your style and encourages you to enjoy the house and all its amenities. Our room was as promised; very clean, air conditioned and a nice full bath of our own. The pool deck off the kitchen is beautiful and the pool itself was fun to use. The kitchen is top notch with all amenities available. We used the outdoor grill on Friday and all utensils were there to make it pleasurable. I give Patrick a high recommendation. Plus the location is great. You are five minutes from all the stores and restaurants in the vilage.
